As a result of Reval 2020, the total Net Annual Value of the non-domestic Valuation List increased from £1,559 million to £1,665 million, an overall growth of 1.068 or 6.8%.

The change in total Net Annual Value and growth for each primary property class as a result of Reval 2020 is set out in Annex A.

This shows the number of rateable properties in each primary property class and the percentage of properties that have a decrease, increase, or no change in Net Annual Value.
