Answer
I can confirm that existing arrangements allowing senior citizens resident in Northern Ireland aged 65 or over to travel for free on the island of Ireland will be unaffected by EU Exit. The arrangements allowing senior citizens resident in the Republic of Ireland aged over 66 to travel for free in Northern Ireland will be similarly unaffected. This will be the case regardless of whether a trade deal is reached between the United Kingdom and the EU.
