AQW 17047/17-22 Written question to the Minister for Infrastructure

To ask the Minister for Infrastructure (i) whether plots of land at Portavoe Reservoir were sold by NI Water as per valuations given by Land and Property Services; (ii) whether they were sold at variance between sale prices and valuations; and (iii) to detail the difference between sale prices and valuations for each plot.

Answer

NI Water has advised

all the plots of land were sold as per the valuations given by Land and Property Services;

there was no variance between the sale prices and the valuations; and

there was no difference between the sale price and valuation for each plot.
