To ask the Minister for Infrastructure when he intends to publish the report from the independent investigation into asphalt resurfacing procurement, led by Sarah Hannaford QC.

My officials are currently working through the procurement of interim resurfacing contracts, whilst developing a longer-term delivery strategy for resurfacing and other road work activities. It would not be appropriate to publish the report until after this work has been completed. This is likely to be towards the end of the year.
